We stayed at Nuh’un Gemisi Deluxe Hotel & Spa for 4 nights and 5 days with my girlfriend, staying in one of the resort’s villas. I would like to share my honest feedback. If I were to spend this amount of money again, I would personally choose one of the other hotels in the surrounding area instead. First of all, the rooms are quite outdated and definitely need renovation. There were also several things missing from the room. In other all-inclusive hotels I have stayed at, the minibar usually includes alcoholic drinks and room service is available as part of the all-inclusive concept. Unfortunately, both of these services are charged extra here, which I found disappointing. On the positive side, the room was quiet, peaceful, clean and comfortable. The beds were genuinely very comfortable. Overall, the hotel itself was clean, well-organized and felt safe. It is also an enormous property and, in terms of its overall concept and facilities, you can see that there is a lot of potential. However, the biggest problem is that such a huge property does not seem to have enough staff or enough entertainment options. Almost everything is self-service. Even when you are sitting at your table, you cannot simply order a drink; you have to get up and go to the bar yourself. The selection of alcoholic drinks is also very limited, and unfortunately, the quality of some of the alcohol offered is quite low. Considering that Cyprus is a place where alcohol is relatively inexpensive, it is especially strange to see such a limited and low-quality selection at an all-inclusive resort. The nightclub was another disappointment. They only served beer, which I found quite unreasonable for a resort of this scale. There are also VIP areas where guests can pay around €100 per day for a private waiter to take their orders. In my opinion, these kinds of services should already be included in the all-inclusive concept rather than being offered as expensive extras. Unfortunately, many guests seemed to leave the hotel dissatisfied, and I believe the management should seriously listen to this feedback. The hotel has an incredible location, a huge property, beautiful facilities and a lot of potential. If the management improves the service system, increases the number of staff, expands the entertainment options, improves the food and beverage concept, renovates the rooms and, most importantly, listens to what guests actually want, this could become a truly exceptional resort. Overall, the hotel has the potential to be much better than it currently is. I genuinely hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes, because this beautiful property deserves a much better service experience.<br><em>(Translation failed - API error)</em>

I am trying to find the right words so I don’t end up saying something rude but disappointed is the least I can say. I had to call reception 5 times for them to clean our room and they still didn’t arrive. In our food we found a worm 🐛, A LITERAL WORM!!!! I am still staying in this hotel and can’t wait for the day to leave. After finding the worm, manager didn’t even say sorry. After many complaints hotel supervisor arrived and did his best to help but nothing can make up for how awful is this place. This hotel couldn’t even get 1 star let alone it is supposed to be 5 stars. Rooms are not clean, there were hair from previous people in the shower. Really don’t trust anyone that may even give more than 1 star to this hotel. Disappointing Experience - Not a 5-Star Resort As a business owner, I'm always cautious about leaving 1-star reviews, but this hotel is far from the 5-star luxury resort it's advertised as. At best, it's a 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that 90% of the staff were extremely unhappy, which directly affected the level of service. Housekeeping was a major issue—our room wasn't cleaned properly, and bedsheets were not changed, even after we specifically called and asked for it to be done. Cleanliness seems to be a low priority here, and that's unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The beach was littered with cigarette butts and rubbish. While guests are partly to blame, the hotel should have staff regularly cleaning the area, especially with children playing in the sand. It was disgusting and completely ruined the experience for us. The building itself is not bad, but it's managed very poorly. The food is bland and repetitive, and the alcoholic drinks at the bar were of very poor quality. Overall, this place ruined our holiday. If you're expecting a true 5-star experience, do not come here. The service, cleanliness, and overall experience are well below standard.<br><em>(Translation failed - API error)</em>
